All returns must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions
(instructions are provided after requesting an RMA number and will include the shipping address to send
returned merchandise).
Please allow up to 14 business days from the day you return your merchandise for your
return to
be credited or exchange made.
Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured by you to the address provided in the return
instructions. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
* When you are shipping returned merchandise we strongly recommend that you use a shipping
carrier that will provide you with package tracking information. We are not responsible for returns that
are
lost or damaged during shipping.
All merchandise returned due to our error will be exchanged or credited/refunded
promptly.
If you do not like your merchandise, you may return it for a full refund for up to 30 days
from
the order date so long as the merchandise is still in its undamaged original packaging and in resalable
condition. If any merchandise is not in it's original packaging and/or is not in resalable condition the
customer shall be charged a restocking/packaging fee of 25% of the order amount. Return Shipping and
Handling is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns for a refund paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the credit
card.
As long as a return is not due to our error you will be charged freight on any replacement
merchandise when making an exchange.
Merchandise returned to us, other than manufacturer defects, will be accepted at our
discretion
only if they meet our resalable condition policy. Damaged packing could result in a charge up to $20.00
or
25% for handling and restocking purposes.
Be sure that the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also
be
sure to include your name, address and daytime phone number. All packages that do not display an RMA
number
will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.
